Ana and Morrison have been with each other till the end and beginning of Overwatch. They think of the other more as teammates. Ana would always heal Morrison first and Morrison will always protect his healing sniper, plus Phara looks at Morrison as a father figure. Plus they would be the best parents and grandparents!
