Chapter 29

Kashish's POV:

I woke up the the next day to find Lara sleeping next to me.

It's Day 4

I still could not believe that what happened yesterday actually happened.

I got up, took a bath and got ready then woke up Lara so she could go through the same routine

"Morning" Lara said with a lazy smile on her face

"Goodmorning" I said smiling back at her

She finished taking a bath and changed her clothes as I scrolled through my notification

Everyone on Twitter were dming me knowing that I was one of the winners. I got dms from 120 different people. I replied to alot of them until Lara was done.

"How was it?" she asked

"How was what?" I asked raising an eyebrow

"The date, stupid" she said

"Ohh" I said with a giddy smile getting on my face

"Tell me!" she ordered

"Well we went to the amusement park and he was playful and romantic throughout the entire day. It was so perfect that I still cannot believe it happened" I said and hid my face with my pillow

Lara screamed and hugged me swinging me from side to side

"AND YOU?" I asked

"It was..." she said thinking for the right word

"Perfect" she said smiling a really giddy smile

"AWWWW!" I screamed and slapped her shoulder repeatedly

"IT'S 12 WE'RE LATE!" Lara yelled grabbing her bag and running towards the door

I love her outfit

It was simple but beautiful

I was wearing an outfit I was quite proud of

I ran behind her to catch up with her

We reached the bus right on time

We sat down and Britney sat right infront of me, she checked my outfit then rolled her eyes

Ignore her, just ignore her

We reached there after a few minutes.

Once I got out of the bus I felt butterflies in my stomach

I'm gonna see Jungkook again! What am I supposed to do?!

"Do I look okay?" I turned holding Lara by her arms twisting her to face me

"Yeah, do I??" she said sounding as panicked as I am

"Yeah!" I said and we both got in hooking our arms together

Once we entered we all bowed as greeting

Once Jungkook's eyes and mine met his slight smile turned into a full smile

I felt my smile get wider

He walked towards me slowly grabbing me by hand and walking me out

I heard Taehyung announce that breakfast was being served

I felt my stomach twist in anxiousness

He stopped outside where no-one can see us

"Where were you and why did you not answer my texts?" he asked

Huh?

"What texts? When? Me?!" I asked

"No Taehyung, I was texting him late at night after our date to check if he was doing well and if he enjoyed it" He said sarcastically

"The possibilities are endless" I said, he gave me an unamused expression so I started laughing

Jungkook resisted laughing at first then oventually joined me in laughter

"Wait" I said grabbing my phone opening it and replying to him on text

He then opened his phone and read my texts out-loud

"I'm okay and I really enjoyed our date yesterday"

"No kissy face?" he said pouting his lip

"No, no kissy face for you" I said

"Do I atleast get a hug?" he asked

"I'll have to think about that" I said then he grabbed me by the waist and hugged me tightly

I laughed and then let go

"We should probably go back" Jungkook said staring at something behind me

"You go first oppa, Kashish will follow you after I talk to her" I heard Britney say from behind me

"Are you okay with that?" Jungkook asked looking from me to her

"Yeah, she'll follow you, I heard Namjoon call you" she said and I just nodded my head

"What is it?" I asked

"You stupid bitch thought I wouldn't know that you went out with MY Oppa yesterday?" she said putting her hand on my shoulder then grabbing my hair

"Ouuuch my hair my hair" I said trying to get her hand off my hair

"Don't tell me you thought he'd ever like someone like you" she continued

I suddenly forgot about the pain coming from the roots of my hair when I felt a very sharp pain in my chest

"Someone like... me?"

"Ugly, fat, useless, obviously a peasant, never seen you wear any handbag with a good brand. Your skin color is disgusting, it's not white or black. God made a mistake when creating you but was too lazy to fix it." she said as if it was some fact

"You probably can't look yourself in the mirror and say you're beautiful, how do you expect him to think something like you would be beautiful" she went further

I felt the tears in my eyes start to fall

I didn't make any noise, the tears just freely fell down

"I would cry because very precious oxygen is being wasted on you too but I wouldn't want to ruin my beautiful makeup that suits my beautiful face" Britney said flipping her hair off her shoulder onto her back

My mouth was opened from shock the tears kept on falling, I could taste my salty tears

"I already wasted too much of my precious time on you, got to go. But do us all a favor and remember that you're just some stupid useless Indian that ended up here by mistake" she said and walked away
