Maya sat between Lucas and Farkle at the living room bay window. Zay and Riley sat on the couch talking about what just happened.

"Well this is awkward," Maya trailed off.

"No duh," lucas rolled his eyes. "Farkle what the actual hell?"

"I can't help what I feel!" He responded

"She's my girlfriend!"

"I get that! But she had to know how I feel!"

"Hey kiddies!"

Maya smiled at the voice that rang through the apartment. She was happy she could get away from the awkward conversation that she was stuck in the middle of.

"Uncle Joshy!" Auggie yelled running in

"Auggie!" He hugged the little boy.

"Farkle you knew how Riley and I feel about each other! You can't come out of no where and say you're in love with her!"

Joshs attention turned to the window and his eyes immediately landed on Maya who was rolling her eyes.

"Well if you'll just excuse me-" she tried to get up.

Farkle pulled her back down.

"No You're staying!"

"Why? I don't even know what's happening!" Maya whined

Josh walked over and offered his hand to Maya.

"I'm just going to steal her away"

"No!" Both boys yelled

"Yes," Josh shrugged pulling Maya away from the two boys wrapping her into a bear hug.

She buried her head into his chest and he buried his in her neck.

"I've missed you," Josh breathed

Maya giggles "it's been two days,"

"Two days too long babe,"

They pull away but Josh still has his arms wrapped around her waist and Mayas arms hung loosely around his neck.

"What's going on with cowboy and Einstein?" Josh asks

Maya lets out a breath.

"Well Farkle apparently is in love with Riley and Lucas is angry because his best friend loves his girlfriend"

"Another triangle?"

"Another triangle."

Josh rolls his eyes jokingly.

"What is Riley going to do?"

"I don't know," I shrugged

"I'm rooting for Farkle" Josh says

Maya gasps and slaps his chest

"Ow, babe what the hell"

"You can't root for anyone!"

"Really? You're telling me you don't have a favorite of those two that you want Riley I be with" Josh raises his eyebrows

"No" Maya scoffs

Josh tickles her waist

"You so do" he teases and she giggles trying to pull his hands away

"I do not!" Maya protests between laughs

"I won't stop unless you tell me who," Josh smiles

He loved hearing her giggle fill the room, the sound always brightens his day.

"Fine fine!" Maya gives in "let me breath at the least"

Josh stops tickling her but keeps his hands by her waist just in case.

"I'm totally team Lucas" Maya smiles

"What?! Cowboy no way!" Josh argues

"Oh my god Josh it's been Lucas and Riley from the start"

"Lies we were from the start" he smirks

Maya blushes

"Slick boing" she laughs

"Only for you" he pushes a piece of hair behind her ear "but Farkle will win her heart"

"No he won't! They are brother and sister goals not relationship goals"

"Duh babe, we are relationship goals" Josh says in a 'duh' tone as if it were the most obvious thing in the world

"Stop being slick! I'm trying to fight you on this"

"Babe Riley and Farkle have known each other since when? Seven years old?" Josh asks

"Yeah and he loved us both equally" Maya tells him

"Oh that won't do, no one is suppose to love you other than me. Do I have to fight Farkle for you?"

"Josh!" Maya giggles

"Babe I'm messing with you, of course I want Riley with Lucas. Because what if he chose you instead? Huh? I wouldn't be able to hold you like this or kiss you like this" Josh tells her before placing his lips on hers

"Sure you could still do that, Farkle does that to me" Maya says with a blank face shrugging

Joshs jaw drops and he's left speechless

Maya then breaks out in laughter

"I totally got you! You actually believe that! You're so gullible babe" Maya laughs

"I hate you!" Josh groans

"No you don't, you love me" Maya teases

"Shut up" Josh mumbles

"No" Maya smiles

"Lets go somewhere" josh suggests

"nope not until you admit that you're on team lucas" Maya shrugs

"No way!"

"then I guess we aren't going anywhere" maya trails off "I bet zay would love to go to the movies with me"

"Im team lucas" Josh rushes out

Maya laughs at how fast he caved in.

"Cute babe."

"Can we go now?" josh begs

"Yeah lets get out of here" Maya kisses him cheek before they headed out the bay window.
