He remembered the twice song his sister is always singing, so that's why he sang it out of panic. But regretted it the moment he said shy and baby.

"I'm so sorry please just ignore that, um text you later, bye." Jaebum quickly said as he hung up and groaned

Youngjae on the other line was a laughing mess. He couldn't belive jaebum had just singed that. To give him credit he did cheer up indeed. And even slightly blush with calling him baby was a bonus.

Of course they were lyrics he knew that. But he still liked that jaebum sang that to him.

Funny how he bearly met jaebum and he already makes youngjae laugh without trying.

Which only made him want to see him in real life.

Youngjae went back home to bambam dancing to girl groups and yugyeom as well. "Morning bam, hey yugyeom" youngjae said as he poured himself some orange juice and put his phone to charge.

"Hey jae comparing to a few days ago and hoping to die with the lucky charms you look cheerful and yourself " bambam said he catched his breath from all the dancing

"Holy shit he was hoping his lucky charms would kill him" Yugyeom asked with wide eyes.
They all knew that he was heart broken but not depressed.

"Wait did you use the app already? Did you get laid?" Bambam smirked
"you hoe all you needed was a new lay" he says hitting youngjae on his shoulder.

"Shut up bam, it's nothing like that. I just met this really funny & cute guy last night on the app. Plus when I ran into hoseok this morning he sang twice: cheer up baby to me! what can I say? it cheered me up" youngjae smiled

"He's a keeper. If he sings to you 'cheer up baby' he's a keeper."
bambam said as he started eating a cookie.

"We literally just met a few days ago, bambam." youngjae reminded him with an eyeroll.

"Me and bambam met after 1 week of talking to eachother, so it's okay to like him already lol" Yugyeom said

"Of course it's okay, plus did you just say 'Lol out loud? " youngjae scoffed

Yugyeom nodded with a smile that was raising some concerns..

"Right, okay. let's all go out now that you're not depressed or shit!" bambam shouted happily as he sent a text to the group chat of their friends.

Youngjae laughed becuase jinyoung would have to act nice and cheerful for the inspection unless he doesn't act and he is his savage self.

Youngjae sighed and remembered he had to write a report of the classses he subbed for and turn it in on Monday.
He wasnt really needed today so he had 4 day weekend.
The perks of being a substitute teacher instead of a real one.
