Daryl- Honestly, He Tries not to, You get up at a pretty Decent time so normally you get him up but at the times when he does get you up, he doesn't mean to, He goes to kiss you but always wakes you up because you Facial Hair tickles you.
Rick- He Always gets up super early, so in the morning's to Tell you he's leaving, He'll gently kisses up your jawline and to Your mouth, then whispers, "I'll See you at Lunch."
Carl- You two don't sleep together but if he passes your cell to See you still sleeping he bangs on the bars while Chanting "Y/NNNNNNNNN!!!! Wake uppppppp!!!!"
Glenn- He Takes pictures of you, The flash always wakes you up, which ends in you yelling at him for taking bad pictures of you.
