Chapter 7: Sparring

Mabel's POV:
Me and star were somewhat sparring on the hill above the temple, she was avoiding attacks from my grappling hook. I tried to get it to work but the weapon wouldn't fully form. I kept trying. Nothing. "Here, let me show you." He said. He summoned the boomerang and threw it. It looped around and then back into his hand. "Ok." I said. I dug deep. Nothing. "Maybe I'm not doing it right." I said. "Mabel, you have to do it your own way, it won't work if you do it my way." Dipper said. "Wow, where'd you get that?" Star asked. "Stevonnie." He Said. "Ok." I replied. I then went to do it. I tried hard, then heard those words again. In a bright flash of light my weapon appeared. The pink grappling hook had now fully formed. "Yes." I said. "Hey Dipper, wanna spar, I need to get better at this stuff." I asked. "Sure." He said.
(Time Skip)
The two of us were standing facing each other. He made the first move summoning a boomerang and threw it at me. I blasted the boomerang as split. He smirked summoning another and tossing it. I quickly shot it as it flew back to his hand. It was my time to attack. I blasted the hook as Dipper dodged it as it was shot and grabbed it as it recoiled. He pulled it as I flew towards him. He the spiraled out of the way as I flew of and landed on my stomach. I stood up a bit shaken as he threw another boomerang my way. I ducked as it flew off into the distance. He then dodged my flurry of attacks. He grabbed the hook and used the momentum to strike, taking me down. I fell to the ground. He held out a hand to help me up. I accepted. He pulled me up. As he did so the boomerang from earlier came back and nailed him in the forehead, in the gem.

I know it's been a while since I've updated, but I've been trying to come up with a version of this top notch, also, I have 2 new stories out, a Sequel to the undertale Pacifist route, and a SU version of Star Wars, hope you enjoy both, bye guys.
