Chapter 18: The Final Chance Part 2

Dipper's POV:
I blocked Wendy's first few attacks and proceeded to dodge the next few. I was sent into a wall by a sharp kick. I regained my ballance and continued evading attacks. "Wendy, I don't want to hurt you." I said. "Well that makes one of us." She said. She kept up her onslaught of attacks as I just did my best to hang in there. "Wendy, look inside, ask yourself if this is what you truly want." I said. "What I want..... is for you to Fall!" She said as she delivered a leg swipe tripping me. Wendy summoned another ax and began to lower it. I swiftly deflected with another boomerang. I continued to keep my defense up as Star and Marco continued to face Bill.
Star's POV:
I struck at Roman as he dodged the attack. I swung my Staff towards Roman once again as he grabbed the end. He then swung me into a wall. I picked myself back up, only to be greeted by a blue fireball. I once again flew into a wall as Marco charged Roman, who dodged his flurry of attacks. Roman went to throw more fireballs at him, yet Marco impressively blocked each one. Roman was in a bad position as Marco struck, suddenly, a bright light flashed and Roman was gone, replaced by the words "This isn't over." Burned onto the ground. Marco fell to his knees as I ran over to him. "Are you OK?" I asked. "I'll manage." He replied. "We gotta help Dipper " he said running towards the area Wendy and Dipper were fighting.
Dipper's POV:
The fight raged on, Wendy's attacks getting sharper by the second and my hope decreasing. Wendy then struck, knocking the boomerang away from my hand. Suddenly Marco and Star burst into the fight. Star was sent back by a sharp kick while Marco was into the fight. The two exchanged blows, Marco ready to poof Wendy if it came to it. Their battle raged on, nearing a cliff. Wendy disarmed Marco, as he fell to his knees. Wendy then placed an ax on Marco's shoulder. "It's over, you've lost." She said smiling. "Sure." He said. "But I'm not going down without one heck if a fight." He said summoning a lance into the earth in front of them, sending a spike of earth up into Wendy's gem. Marco, in turn fell with the remaining piece of ledge. Wendy turned to see me, and I got a clear view of. Wendy's cracked gem. "Wendy, your hurt." I said. "Oh, since when do you care?" She asked as her form started to shake. Her form was going haywire. "Wendy if you would just let me...." I was cut off by Wendy slashing at me, her body changing. "No, I'd rather be dead the best helped by you, you traitor!" She yelled. "Wendy..." "I HATE YOU!!!" She screamed. Her form fully consumed by the mess, as her form was no longer her own, but that of one of the monsters. The corrupted Wendy lunged at me, I tried not to hurt her. "Wendy, pl..plea.." she slashed down on me. She was about to make a final blow when Star's staff entered her back. Wendy let out one final roar before posting into her gem. Star looked at me for a few seconds. I lowered my head, bubbled the gem and sent it off.
