A L L – Chapter 11

10:45 PM

“Soccer?” Micki asked confused, “You want us to play in the middle of an airport soccer?”

“Yes!” Autumn jumped with enthusiasm, balancing the ball on the tip of her foot. It was a crazy idea, they all knew so. Even Autumn knew she sounded stupid, but memories are created due to idiotic ideas.

“Well, I agree” Louis jumped off the floor from his position beside the confused Lisa. She was a book worm, sports weren’t her best skill. Of course she exercised from time to time, but sport? Oh no!

“I’m wearing a skirt!” Lisa objected immediately pointing at her long brown skirt. Louis grunted and rolled his eyes pulling Lisa on her feet.

“Don’t be silly, just tuck it up or something” she was the one being silly? What was Louis and Autumn even thinking?

“I’m really bad at football” Jackie mumbled for only Niall to hear. He chuckled and nudged her shoulder playfully.

“I’ll help you” he grinned and got up immediately to his feet, helping Jackie on his way. He loved football as much as Louis and Autumn probably, and wouldn’t mind a short game in an airport. They were bored after all and had nothing special to do.

“I suck at football too Jackie, don’t you worry” Harry said to Jackie. She was surprised he even heard her; boy did he have a good hearing sense. Nevertheless, Jackie was glad she wasn’t the only one who’s going to be strolling around hoping the ball would be passed over to her.

Remembering the time her brother’s friends asked her to join them for a soccer game she grimaced, she was knocked a few times, and the ball was never passed over to her. Her brother’s friends never asked her to join ever again, not that she would have made an idiot of herself again and accepted.

Paul and Preston couldn’t help but chuckle to themselves. These group of teenagers – they all were twenty and above, yet they were kids to Paul and Preston – are going to get in so much trouble, and they had a feeling security will be called over. Not that they wouldn’t mind if these got a piece of their own irresponsibility. Either ways, they were going to enjoy watching this game from their uncomfortable place on these metal chairs.

“Right, Louis and I should be captains, since well… we’re just that good at football” Autumn grinned at the rest of the group. Louis stood in front of Autumn and they started picking out their team mates.

“Lisa” Louis said the first name grinning at the girl who had her arms crossed against her chest disapprovingly. She grunted and walked over behind Louis. Even though she loved the way he said her name, she couldn’t help but want to punch his guts right now.

“Whatever” she mumbled as she grabbed the bottom of her skirt rolling it upwards, she was wearing leggings underneath the skirt anyway.

“Harry!” Autumn said and waved Harry over, who was still removing his jacket off and placing it on the metal chairs. He jogged over and stood behind Autumn.

“Huge mistake” Louis joked as Harry flipped him the middle finger, “Niall, my main man” Louis shouted, Niall walked over and high fived his best friend and made up a gang sign – something they would get shoot at if they were in the ghetto.

Liam, Micki and Zayn ended up on Autumn’s team while Jackie and Chloe were on Louis’s team.

“How come they get three boys?” Chloe complained.

“Because Harry is regarded as a girl in football” Zayn joked, once again receiving a flip off from an annoyed Harry.

He truly wasn’t the best football player. He might need a little – a lot of – practice.
