Chapter 1,I still love you (will you be my forever)

"Omg spencer " Alison screams running over to her laid lifelessly on the ground with Mary drake staring at them
"I need an ambulance now my friend has been shot " Aria says on the phone , telling them the address
" ok just stay calm the paramedics will be there as quick as possible "
" ok please hurry " aria says hanging up the phone
"Mary you b**** how could could you do this to her " hanna says
" I'd never hurt her I'm her mother " Mary drake says holding her hand over Spencer's shoulder to stop the bleeding
" wait what " Emily says
They hear sirens getting closer and closer to them , then the paramedics arrive .....
They put spencer on a stretcher and Into the ambulance and drive away , the girls follow them in Emily's car
At the hospital .....
The girls had been sat hours waiting in the waiting room whilst spencer was in surgery when Emily was walking to get coffees she sees toby in a room with a doctor and goes in
" OMG toby are you ok what happend to you " Emily asks
The doctor leaves and says I'm sorry mr cavanaugh
" Yvonne's dead , we were In a car crash I was turning around to come back to rosewood I still love spencer I'll never love anyone as much as her and we crashed " he says sadly
" I'm so sorry , how badly are you hurt " Emily asks
" Iv got a broken leg and arm an abit of a concussion but I'm ok , where's spencer " he asks
" I'm so sorry about Yvonne " Emily says avoiding the spencer thing
" yea I'd never wish her dead I told her we could still be friends but that I wanted to be with spencer not her but when the doctor told me she was dead I don't know why but I didn't feel very upset , of course I'm sad because I did love her , anyway you didn't answer my question where's spencer em and what are you doing here" toby says
" well umm toby I'm here because spencer was shot by A.D " Emily says
" is she alive " toby asks tearing up
Hanna goes into Emily and pulls her out of the room for a second
" Han what is it " Emily says
" Spencer's out of surgery and they said she's Stable for now
" That's good news right " Emily says
" yea of course it is she's going to survive em " Hanna says smiling
Emily walks back into Toby's room
" well , answer me is she alive please say she is" toby says
" ok calm down toby , she's out of surgery and she's Stable " Emily says
He gives her a small smile and says " please can I see her "
" of course you can follow me " Emily says
He goes into Spencer's room in a wheel chair and sits next to her bed holding her hand
" spence I don't know If you can hear me but I still love you I allways have I just didn't want to admit it because I didn't know If you felt the same way please wake up " toby says holding tears back
2 weeks later ....
toby had stayed by Spencer's side for days apart from leaving to go get her a special present which he won't tell anyone what it is
Spencer wakes up and looks up at toby .....
" t..t.. toby is that you " she says confusingly
" it's me spence " he says walking over to her he had got his casts of his arm and Leg
" why are u here you should be with Yvonne " she says
All the girls where stood by her bed too
" spence where so glad your awake we though we were going to loose you " aria says
" who shot me " she asks
" we think it was A.D " Alison says
" what's the last thing you remember " aria asks
"Erm Mary drake saying she was my mom , is it true "spencer asks
" yea spence it's true " Hanna says
" and spencer Yvonne's dead , after we left we were just outside of rosewood and I couldn't bare the thought Of never seeing you again so I stopped the car and told Yvonne I wanted to be with you , we turned around and something hit us we crashed into something I don't remember what " toby says
" I'm so sorry about Yvonne and after we kissed I immediately had feelings for you again , I never stopped loving you toby and I never will" spencer says reaching for his hand
" spencer I love you " toby says holding her hand tightly
" I love you too " she says happily
" aww " all the girls say
A couple of days later spencer was getting ready to leave the hospital her parents were waiting at home for her ......
She and toby were packing her things up , her arm and shoulder was in a sling and bandaged up the girls were also helping
They all went back to Spencer's and where gathers in the living room so toby could give spencer her present
" spencer I have something for " toby says
" what is it " she says
" close your eyes " he says
She closes her eyes
He gets down on one knee and opens the ring box
" ok open them " he says
Spencer opens her eyes and looks down at Toby
" I love you , I never want to spend my life with anyone else but you I was only with Yvonne to try and get over you but it didn't work , so spencer Jill Hastings will you marry me " toby says
" toby I love you too but there's one thing I need you to do first " spencer says
Everyone watches looking puzzled
" what " toby says
" shout it to the world " she says laughing
" spencer I love you " he whispers
" why did you whisper " she asks
" because your my world  " he says smiling at her
" your my world too tobes" she says smiling back at him
" so will you marry me " toby says
" what do you think " she says giving him a smug look looking like she was going to burst with happiness and holding her hand out for toby to place the ring on her finger
They hug each other and kiss and everyone claps and congratulates them , toby sleeps over to stay with spencer in the barn , they fall asleep cuddling each other in bed thinking about what their life would be like together ..........
