Chapter 12: inviting the others over

Summer's POV

I heard the door open, and I saw Freddy and Tomika walk in. I am so glad that he found and convinced her to come back

Summer: tomix, are you ok?

Tomika: yeah I am know thanks to Freddy

Summer: that's good

Freddy: yeah, can we ask you guys something?

Zack: sure what's up

Tomika: we were wondering if you guys want to come over for a band sleepover?

Freddy: and a pool party?

OMG, I can't believe Freddy and Tomika are inviting us over to their house, it still sounds weird to say that as I am not use to them being related yet.

Zack's POV

Wow, this is the first time we would actually see what their house looks like.

Zack: I'm in, when is this happening?

Tomika: Tomorrow after school since it's Friday tomorrow and it's our actual birthday tomorrow as well.

everyone but Tomika, Zack and Freddy: Yeah, I'm up for it.

Mr Finn: does this include me?

Freddy: it does, and when did you get here?

Mr Finn: just after you and Tomika walked in.

Zack: are we taking Mr Finn's van?

Freddy: no we will just get Arnold to come and pick us up.

Tomika: we could also practice for battle of the bands

Summer: don't we need our instruments then

Freddy: nah, we have some in our music room we can just use those

Lawrence: music room?

Tomika: yeah, me and Freddy use it when our family come over, as there are not many people our age in our family.

Summer: ok. I can't wait to hang out just the six of us.

Lawrence: wait won't your parents find out about the band?

Freddy: We have nothing to worry about Lawrence

Summer: why not

Tomika(tears up): our parents died when we were younger

Zack: Tomika we didn't know were sorry

Mr Finn: who looks after you and Freddy then?

Freddy: one of our maid's usual does.

Zack: one of your maid's? how many do you have?

Tomika: only 3 maids Zack, not that many.
