I got home and closed the door to my room. I looked around, trying to find something to bring back any type of memory. I walked in circles until I came to my dresser. I picked up a charm bracelet. It had a volleyball and a heart charm on it.
I put the bracelet on and walked away from the dresser. I went toward a large, black case. When I opened it, I saw a cello sitting inside of the case. I took out the cello and sat down with it. I couldn't quite remember how to play the cello, but I tried anyway.
I played about 10 totally crappy notes before I put my cello away. When I did, I saw a picture hanging on the wall of my room. I walked over to it and took it off of the wall. It was a picture of me and a bunch of girls, all holding volleyballs. I looked at all of the girls in the picture, trying to remember something even as simple as their names.
Nothing. Nothing was coming back to me. I sat down on my bed and held my head.
I was ready to remember something, no matter what it was about.
