I woke up to Michael staring down at me. I couldn't tear my eyes away from his gorgeous ones. I couldn't really sit up either because Michael was partially on top of me.

"Oh, sorry. I didn't know when you would wake up." he got off of me.

"It's fine." I sat up and brushed grass clippings out of my hair.

"Any luck with your memory?" Michael and I looked into each other's eyes.

"Nothing. Maybe talking about it will bring something back." I shrugged.

"Ok. What do you want to talk about specifically?" he asked me, leaning back on his elbows.

"Uh.... How about our relationship?" I turned to face him.

"Ok. Well we started dating in 5th grade. All of your friends were giggling behind you when I asked you out. I knew that you had liked me for a while." Michael explained first.

"Oh." I was speechless.

"Before we actually started dating, two of your friends asked me out for you. You apparently didn't have any idea about it because I could see you freak out about it. I didn't really respond because I was surprised that you liked me the same way that I liked you. We were good friends before, but I didn't want to risk the friendship." he recalled it all.

"That sounds like me." I replied.

"Even before that, one of your best friends asked me out for you at the school musical. Your friend and I had to play boyfriend and girlfriend. I overheard you two talking once and you said that you wanted her part just so you could be my girlfriend." Michael smiled at the memory.

"That was probably embarrassing for me." I blushed.

"Yeah, I bet. So we've been dating for 4 years now. I got you a volleyball charm bracelet for our 1 year anniversary. I loved how your eyes lit up when you saw the bracelet." Michael smiled at me.

"Wow. What about our first date?" I asked him. I needed to know more about us.

"I remember it crystal clear. Actually, I think it would be better if we have a second first date. I'll pick you up later tonight. Wear a bathing suit under your clothes. You'll see why." he stood up and left.

I watched him leave, wondering why I would need a bathing suit and looking forward to our "first" date.
