~Everyone around you has something hidden, who knows, the person beside you may be a wolf~
Here are few of the basic terms that you'll encounter in a werewolf story, and I have decided to list them out for any beginners or confused souls.
Please note: Each book usage of terminology defers from author to author, I'm just giving y'all the one ones that you'll find here.
Alpha: The leader of the pack, usually a male who protects, feeds and commands over his pack members.
Luna: Luna refers to the female counterpart of the Alpha and is the Alpha's mate. She is the like the mother of the pack.
Mates: Basically short for Soulmates, usually two wolves who are fated to be together for life.
Pack: A group of wolves under the care of a particular Alpha.
Beta: The Alpha's second in command.
Gamma: The Alpha's third in command. (As per the picture attached below)
Rogues: Wolves that are not in a pack, exiled or otherwise are called rogues.
Marking: Marking is the process of being bitten on the crook of your neck by your mate which mixes your scent together and wards off unmated werewolves.
Mating: Indulging in the act of coitus(you know what it is)

Edit (04/03/2020)
This book has plot holes, it has not been beta read or even reread by myself ngl(wrote it for fun, cause I had a vague idea I wanted to execute), if you're the nitpicky type looking for a perfect book don't go ahead with this 🙏🏽
