Vampire love

Shallow heart, draped in black,

Skin the colour of the shining moon.

Hair that's like an ebony waterfall,

As she enters the dark men swoon.

Her power radiates; hangs from her,

Like a ferral stench, it surrounds.

Her dark aura engulfs the light,

In the beautiful night she prowls.

Her rips are red from blood,

And thick layers of lip makeup.

She abandons her injured prey,

Left for a mournful wake up.

She hides her true sorrow,

And secret tears are shed.

All in the name of her love,

The Vampire that fled.

Turned, cold and starving,

She was left alone to die.

From her apparent love,

For only a single night.

She still remembers the pain,

Of waking to the world alone.

Tears painting her skin wet,

Her heart a heavy stone.

The vampire hunts at night,

To steal away their happiness.

Feeling anger and betrayal,

At her dinner's ignorant bliss.

Also, although unconsciously,

She spies for her old love.

Who stole her heart in one night,

To die and rise to the heavens above.
