Dre's POV
I was walking through the mall with this girl I wanted to smash, and heard yelling. I looked over to see Iyanna being yelled at by some dude, I started to walk away but he had her by the throat, and she said something and swung, she tried running but he grabbed her hair. Oh hell nah, she pregnant with my baby ! I ran over there to him and pushed him into the wall, I raised my hand to punch him but she screamed.
Iyanna - "Ahhh ! Get me to a hospital !
She was going in and out of consciousness so I don't think she knew it was me who saved her. We rushed into the hospital, they put her on the stretcher. I tried to go back with her but they wouldn't allow me to.
Nurse - "You can't go back there" he was pushing me back
Dre - "Man my she got my baby back there !"
Girl - "Your baby ?"
Dre - "We will talk about this later"
*2 Hours Later*
Doctor - "Family of Iyanna Grey"
I jumped up so fast.
Dre - "How is she"
Doctor - "She was under a lot of stress, and from the looks of it she's getting abused" he looked at me funny
Dre - "Me and her aren't together, I've never touched her, what about the baby"
Doctor - "The baby is fine, but she was really close to having a miscarriage, she is lucky
Dre - "Can I go see her"
Doctor - "Sure, room 308"
I made it back there to see her on her side, rubbing her belly and crying her heart out. She looked up at me.
Iyanna - "Why are you here"
Dre - "I'm the one who helped you, and your carrying my first born" I said sitting on the side of her
Iyanna's POV
I woke up in the hospital bed, I just thought of how close I was to losing my baby. I cried harder than ever before. That's when Dre walked in.
Iyanna - "Why are you here"
Dre - "I'm the one who helped you, and your carrying my first born"
That's when Trey walked in, my heart sped up, and I cried, his eyes were black it scared the shit outta me. I pressed the nurse button on my bed, I'm assuming she was already outside cause she came right in.
Iyanna - "Can you get him out please"
Trey - "Don't forget who you stay with, I'll be waiting at home"
I could see Dre's fist were balled up.
Dre - "Why you ain't tell me he was hitting you !"
Iyanna - "I couldn't bring myself to tell you, I was ashamed that I put myself in that situation"
Dre - "Look at your arm Iyanna, your to gorgeous to have bruises, your coming to stay with me until you have the baby" before I could respond he was gone
