Zora crept through the almost completely empty ship, Kiba taking the lead, and Sanjana right behind her. When they arrived at the docking bay, a guard turned and caught sight of Kiba.

"You there! Where what are you doing?"

"Following orders," Kiba towered over the other soldier. "And as a superior officer, I'm not going to share the details with a mere foot soldier, return to your post."

"Yes Sir."

Kiba began punching numbers into a lock code as soon as the guard was out of sight, and the heavy set of meal doors in front of them unlocked. "This way."

The doors opened into the cockpit of a ship, metal sided with exactly three chairs. Small light blinked over the control board.

"Princess, Miss Sanjana, please sit down and buckle up. An unauthorized ship may have some trouble leaving this base," Kiba said, sitting down in the captains sit and fiddling with the controls.

Zora sat, the hard metal seat was ice cold. She buckled up quickly, watching to make sure Sanja was able to buckle hers. Then the motor was on and the ship was hurtling out of the docking base, at a speed which Zora was fairly sure was forbidden to reach until you were father away from the base.

"Why haven't any soldiers fired on us yet?" Sanjana asked, leaning forward.

"I typed in a fake launchcode, by the time they realize we are leaving without orders, it will hopefully be too late for them to shoot us down," Kiba replied.

An hour later the engine had begun making strange noises, since Zora had never piloted a ship before she didn't say anything, because she wasn't sure if that was normal.

 "Crap," Kiba muttered.

"What's wrong?"

"Our engines going out. I'm going to have to make a quick landing," Kiba stopped suddenly, "What in gods name is that?"

Up ahead of them loomed a massive white warship, it was larger than their tiny ship by far, and Kiba nearly crashed into it. He swerved down, the ship nose diving toward the planet, if they hadn't been buckled in everyone would have gone flying out the front window. Zora was aware that both she and Sanja were shrieking.

Then the surface of the planet loomed too close to them, and then everything went black.
