Watch a movie and use part of it as an idea? (NO COPYING MOVIES)
Read other people's books for inspiration, maybe even the description can give you a boost.
Add in any memories that has ever happened to you that you think connects with your story.
Practice creating stories and then once you think your good to go, create an actually story!
