"okay, fine! i'm awake now!" jungkook screamed, shielding himself from the bucket of water that yoongi somehow managed to get.
"about time, we should've been on the road by now!" yoongi said, packing the last of jungkook's clothing into his suitcase.
"sorry, but i gotta get my sleep, plus, who's driving us home?" jungkook mumbled, grabbing a few random pieces of clothing and going into the bathroom.
"i can drive if you want." yoongi muttered, quickly texting a good morning to seokjin.
"do you want some strawberries?" jungkook asked, fixing his shirt, and yoongi looked up at him surprised.
"the fuck? where did you get strawberries from?" yoongi asked, not believing his vision. in front of him, jungkook had magically summoned a box of strawberries into his arms.
"well, i had kept some in the suitcase because they're yum." jungkook stated. yoongi smiled, grabbing a large strawberry.
"thank you, are we ready to go now?" yoongi asked, pressing a gentle kiss onto jungkook's strawberry flavoured lips.
"yes, come on now!" jungkook said, racing towards the door with their suitcases.
"idiot." yoongi mumbled, although he couldn't help but look at the younger fondly.
"wake up!" jungkook shouted over the loud music, obviously confused. how on earth was yoongi asleep in such a loud car?
"no, you're driving, you stay awake." jungkook heard yoongi mumble, before he curled up into a ball, letting himself go to sleep again.
"my cute boyfriend, please stay awake for me, i like talking to you." jungkook cooed, looking over at the smaller, only to see him glaring at jungkook.
"jungkook. i woke up early because you kept sleeping. now, as much as i would love to talk to you, please let me go to sleep." yoongi said quietly, looking up at the younger sleepily.
"such a cutie, fine, i'll let you go to sleep for half an hour, but after that you need to stay awake." jungkook said, and yoongi agreed.
but what jungkook didn't know was that yoongi was trying to plan out how he would purpose to jungkook.
"wakey wakey!" jungkook yelled, ignoring the looks he was getting from everyone he passed, because it wasn't everyday when you saw a young boy try to wake up a seat.
yoongi's face was barely visible, he was wrapped up in a blanket. yoongi slowly dropped the blanket, and stretched, before looking towards jungkook.
"hi." yoongi murmured, voice a bit raspy, and jungkook couldn't help but let out a soft giggle.
"hellooo!" he replied, pulling into the gas station.
"okay, you stay here, i'm gonna go get some stuff." jungkook instructed, and all yoongi could do was nod, and watch him go into the small building.
within minutes, jungkook had came back, with a few packets of chips and a few cans of redbull.
"thank you!" yoongi said, showing off his award winning smile. jungkook grinned, kissing the older's lips.
"now, let's talk!" jungkook said.
"okay? what do you wanna talk about." yoongi asked, crossing his legs.
"uh, i don't really know." jungkook laughed, turning off the music.
"okay, here's a joke." yoongi said. "what do cops eat?". jungkook hummed, before shrugging.
"copcakes!" yoongi said happily, and jungkook laughed, mostly because of how excited yoongi seemed.
"my turn!" jungkook exclaimed, and yoongi smiled, waiting for jungkook to say the joke.
"how do you imprison a skeleton?" jungkook asked, and was answered with a shrug.
"you put it in a ribcage!" he laughed, and yoongi laughed quietly,
"jungkook! be careful!" yoongi scolded, after realising that while jungkook told the joke, he had nearly crashed into the car in front of them.
"sorry, but i like making you laugh." jungkook said, focusing on his driving.
"it's fine, but just be more careful, okay?" yoongi said, letting jungkook grab his hand.
"thank you so much yoongi." jungkook mumbled. yoongi frowned.
"why are you saying thank you?" yoongi asked, voice gentle.
"because you're just so cute, and you always remind me of things that i might forget, and i love you, and i'm pretty damn sure you love me, so yeah, thank you." jungkook said.
yoongi smiled.
"thank you."
