Mommy carried me to the living room where Lizzy was sitting on the couch. "LIZZY!!" I exclaimed.
"Hi princess!" She scooped me up and cuddled me on her lap. "How did you sleep?"
I looked up at her and felt myself slipping deeper into little space. I reached up towards her face and babbled.
"I don't think she's ever been that little before." I heard mommy say. "Baba baba baba"
"I'll get it Liz."
"You're the cutest baby. Did you know that?" I smiled up at her and smacked my lips together. "Kiss kiss pwease." Liz placed a kiss everywhere on my face but my lips. I felt myself pout. Me wanted kisses. "Dats not nice."
"I'm sorry precious. Ill give you a kiss see?" And she placed one on my lips. "Tank you Wizzy."
Mommy walked back into the room "Do you want Lizzy to feed you the bottle?"
I nodded and she stuck the nipple in my mouth. Slowly, I drank the sweet milk and stared into Lizzys eyes. "This is incredible," I heard her say, "I've never had this type of closeness with a little before." Her and mommy kept talking but I zoned out and continued to suck on my baba.
When I was done I just laid there in Lizzys arms feeling safe and secure. "Ma" She looked over at me. "What's up pretty baby?" I giggled and blushed. "Me left lamby in da bed."
"I'll take you to go get her." Lizzy said. I wrapped my legs around her waist and put my head down on her shoulder. "Tank you"
We retrieved lamby and we all cuddled on the couch. "We go swimming today mommies?" They both looked down at me shocked that I called Lizzy mommy but I was too little to care.
"What?" They both said at the same time.
"Swim swim in da pool pwease."
"Uh sure baby." Mommy said. "But you have to ask Liz if she can come."
I turned towards Lizzy and climbed into her lap. I reached up and ran my fingers through her soft hair, transfixed. "Mama, you come swim swim with me and mommy?"
"I'd love to baby. Do you want me to help you change?" I nodded and kept touching her hair. "You can borrow something of mine if you want. I have a tiny black bikini that would look amazing on you Liz."
"Mommy you is good at sharing." Her comments went right over my head and I saw them both smile.
"Alright kiddo let's get you changed and we can leave." Mama said.
