(Remember the Alesha bracelet? Well this is not what I had in mind but I think it'll do for now. If you have already imagined it forgive me for spoiling it)

I hung up and shoved my phone under the pillow, I closed my eyes and instantly opened them, I was in shock as I stared at my awake smirking friend.

"Q!" I exclaimed.
"What," she smiled.
"You scared me," I took deep breaths.
"Sorry," she exhaled.
"How long have you been listening?" I asked.
"Long enough to see that you really like this boy," she said, causing me to roll my eyes.
"Q it's really late and I'm tired," I closed my eyes.
"Good morning McCarthy," she giggled.
"Creep," I smiled.

She heard the whole conservation...

"Hey,I'm outside," he said.
"Just give me a few minutes and I'll be right up," I exhaled.
"Alright," he hung up.
I'm ready, the day had finally come and I was meeting Alex.
I grabbed my phone and headed downstairs. Everyone had plans to get out of the house including my mom and in other words I was home alone. I couldn't leave the house all alone so I had to do one thing.

"Come in," I opened the door to a smirking Alex.
"Really?" He asked unsure.
"Did you have other plans?" I asked.
"Nope," he stepped inside.
Was this a good idea? I don't know.
"So this is your house?" He asked as he looked around.
"Yep," I gestured for him to take a seat in the kitchen.

"Do you want something to drink or maybe eat?" I was nervous.
"No I'm fine thanks," he smiled.
"Okay, so let's get down to business," I sighed. I said that in an awkward way didn't I. Yep! And I regret that.
"Alright," he smirked...

After minutes of telling him the whole story about us, longest version ever by the way. I was finally done and I took a deep breath and then faced him.
He just looked at me,
"Say something,please," I begged.
"I think I'll have some water," he said.
"Really that's what you can say?" I asked.

"I don't know, I think I'm still digesting this whole story," he said.
"What's there to digest?" I asked as I handed him a bottled of water.
"Come," I leaded him to the lounge.
"It's not a story by the way," I exhaled as I sat down.
"I'm sorry, we've been through a lot especially you," he grabbed the remote. He felt comfortable.
"Yeah," I smiled.

"And I don't remember none of that," he said.
"Alex what's lost is lost, don't beat yourself up for it," I said.
"I've brought nothing but pain into your life," he said.
"That's not true and you know it, when we watched the stars, I felt alive, no pain at all," I smiled. It was true.
"What about Kenzie? That's on me," he said.

"She doesn't exist to me, I told you about her because you wanted to know why we didn't get along, to me she's not part of our past," I said.
"Thanks for saying that," he smiled.
"Hold on, I have something for you," I ran to the kitchen.
"Close your eyes!" I yelled from the kitchen.
"You're gonna love this, now open your eyes," I got close to him.

"Red velvet cake!" He opened his eyes.
"Yes, we never got a chance to eat it together," I handed him a fork.
"That's a very big cake," he smiled.
"And I've got just the perfect sparkling juice," I sat down.
"Thank you," he smiled, as he placed cream on my nose.
"Why did you do that for?" I quickly wiped it.
"I don't know, it just completes you, you look beautiful by the way," he complimented me.

"Thank you and how are your stitches?" I asked.
"Do you want to see them?" He asked as he put down the fork.
"No,no," I said and he totally ignored me as he lifted his shirt and showed me his abs.
"Wow," I didn't know if I intended it to the scars or was it for his six pack.
"I didn't know you went to gym," I mumbled.
"What was that?" He asked.
"Oh! I was just saying how you're so... brave," I said.
