I paced the room once more, trying to ignore the pain in my arm. Their screams and yells haven't left yet.
Even if they aren't real they sound like they echo off the walls. Their voices echo through my head.
Papyrus's, Undyne's, Toriel's, Asgore's, Kat's, Mettaton's, Caleb's. They all echo.
Words of courage, pain, fear. It hurts to hear them. She did something to me in that fight.
They replaced the collar and made sure that I wouldn't be able to open it. I haven't been let out after that little 'episode' as they call it.
I haven't seen anyone else since the little fight. It sucks, not knowing how they are.
"So this is where everything's lead you to hu?" A voice asked.
I ignored it and kept pacing, a girl stood leaning against the wall by the door. The same smirk sat on her face as the last time I'd seen her.
Her ice blue eyes were blocked by her deep red hair as she ran a hand through it. A singular bullet hole sat on her forehead.
Her clothes were tattered and cut up. A light brown jacket sat zippered on top of her long sleeve white shirt.
The same baby blue scarf sat around her neck as it did the last time I'd seen her.
A bullet hole sat in her leg, cutting her pair of blue jeans. The blood ran down to her black boots.
"You know you should have listened to me. You wouldn't be here right now." She said, pushing off the wall only to sit on the chair in by the bed.
I let out a laugh and smile. "Yeah I know. But I don't think I'd be able to go on without them." I say, turning and facing her.
She crosses her arms and her eyes narrow. Her smirk fades into a frown.
"And you're able to go on with out me?" She asks me, sounding hurt.
"That's not what I mean and you know that." I argue, pointing my finger to her.
'This isn't real, there's no way she's here. Maybe I am going crazy in here.'
Shaking my head I turn away from her and continue to pace my white prison. My eyes stay glued to the floor as I walk from one side to the other.
"You know pacing'll get you no where." Their voice filled the room.
I looked up at the Human standing before me. They smiled at me, their thick brown hair falling over their right green eye.
A large cut was visible on their stomach, tearing some of their black crop top. Their hands sat in the pockets of their pair of baggy blue jeans.
A black bracelet sat around their right wrist, covering some of the pink scars that laced their wrist and arm.
They were a few inches taller than me as they walked by and sat on my bed. A black dragon tattoo sat on their right shoulder.
I blinked a few times yet they stayed in the same spots.
"You know I can't help it." I say, laughing a bit.
They let out a small laugh before dropping the smile.
"Doesn't matter. It doesn't change what you've done." They said, voice dark.
I gulp the air and fear that sat in the back of my throat. "It wasn't ever my fault." I say, fear filling my voice with every word.
"But it was. You left us there. You left me and after everything we've been through." Daisy spoke from her spot on the chair.
I licked my lips and blinked a few times, hoping to get rid of the tears building in my eyes.
"I didn't leave you. You turned against me. You tried to turn me in to go free. You left me." I yell at her.
The pair went silent as I ran my left hand through my hair, gripping a hand full of my raven black locks.
"The weight I carry on my back is heavier than either of you could imagine. It's up to me, it's always been up to me, to win our freedom.
I'm not doing any of this for myself. I'm not doing any of this for my own gain. I'm doing it for him and I'm doing it for them. The family I've loved and lost countless times."
I'm losing it in this room. This'll be how I go out. To my own insanity.
In the back of my mind, beyond all the fog, rushing water, and crazy sins a small melody plays. The all to familiar song that plays in my head.
I've heard it at Asgores castle one time in the Underground. It was a small music box that sat in the study.
It always plays in my head. The unheard song that I fight to. Is the one I heard once in a Timeline.
"You love those Monsters more than you're own friends?" Katharine asked, standing up.
"So what if I do. You betrayed me, you almost killed me. Why wouldn't I chose the people who stand by me? Who protect me to the end?"
My eyes go from them to the walls of the room. Images of the barrier room flashed before my eyes.
The twilight shown through the closed opening to the surface. The pure white walls were bright with light. That was real. They're not real. They're not in the room with me.
They're just the vessels of the voices in my head.
They don't blame it on me. They never did.
Maybe I'm just going crazy.
