Chapter Forty Two- My Skeleton Friend, what have they done to you?

' I've gotten to the point when I've finished pacing. Where my legs hurt like they'll fall off.

I've gotten to the point where I've given up and decided to lay on the ground. Laying back and feeling like the scum of the earth. 

That's what I am after everything. Just some piece of scum on the earth. 

The piece of trash that no one bothers to stop and pick up. I think this'll be the end of me. 

At least that's what I'm getting them to believe. I'm already losing it what's the point sitting around and waiting for another sin to become real.

Another voice to get a vessel. '

My eye followed the different lines on the ceiling. Just like at my first night at the base. 

'Unlucky for them, I've already taken out the chip. It took hours, pain, and pure determination.

I've been here, full of power and waiting for someone to come. Why I don't know, why do people just sit around when there are things to be done?

No matter what happens. If I die trying to save them or if I don't get there in time I'll continue to reach out.

I won't abandon them, Determination fuels me, to keep trying to save them. 

I'm fed up with the beatings they've been giving me. I'm fed up with all of this. I think it's time we leave.'

Sighing, I stand up and slip on my jacket, zippering it closed. I check to make sure the picture was still in my pocket. 

Humming Asgore's song, I walk to the door. I place my hand on the doorknob and let my magic turn on.

It runs through every one of my veins. It pumps through my heart with every second that goes. I can feel it all rushing through my blood. 

My magic flares and the door unlocks. Smiling I let go of the doorknob and hold my hand out. 

The lay out plays before me, the patrol paths, the different rooms of Monsters and some Humans. 

The cells that I need to find. Even the exit. All of my friends.

I open the door, the halls are quite despite the distant screams and yells of pain.

I walked down the halls, keeping my footsteps silent as I walked. Peoples voices began to fill the halls the farther down the hall I walked. 

The map to this place was burned in my mind. 

Using my magic, I make a dagger appear in my hand. I come to a stop at the corner and peer around it. Two people stood, talking in the middle of the hall.

Gripping my knife, I step out a little bit and throw the dagger. It lodges itself in the head of one of them, making his drop to the ground.

The other one turned and looked to me in fear, attempting to run before I make another dagger and throw it at him. He was a bit to slow, as the dagger lodges itself in the back of his head.

The daggers disappear as I continue to walk down the hall. I stepped over the bodies, stepping around the crimson red blood that covered the white tile floor.

I make another dagger and continue down the hall. The third door on the right makes me stop. 

My gaze goes to the doorknob as it unlocks and opens. The room was silent, making me step in. 

A figure stood, looking out the window. The figure was much taller than me, making me smile a bit. 

His gaze went to me and he smiled. He ran up to me, lifting me off the ground as he hugged me.

"Whoa, Papyrus. You missed me that much?" I joke, laughing a bit as he set me back down on the tile.

"LUNA, IT IS GOOD TO SEE YOU. WHERE ARE THE REST?" He asked, tilting his head in confusion. 

I smile up at him, holding my hand up and breaking the collar that sat around his neck.

"We're gonna go get them. We're getting out Papyrus." I say turning towards the door. 

"Come on Pap. We're gonna go get Undyne." I say as we walk farther down the hall. 

The last door to the left was the next one. My eye flared as I unlocked the door. The room was trashed and small traces of blood sat in the room.

A chair was thrown right next the door. Making me and Papyrus jump back a little bit.

"Jesus Christ Undyne. Calm down. You trying to kill your one ticket out of here?" I ask, opening the door all the way.  

She freezes and smiles at us. Muttering an apology under her breath.  

"It's okay. Come here." I say gesturing for her to step forward.

She walks forward and I place my hand on her shoulder, burning the map in her head so we get through this faster. The collar breaks off her neck and drops to the ground.

"Good?" I ask, and she nods.

I nod to her, "Papyrus, you go with Undyne. Got it?" I ask walking past him.

He nods as I leave the room. 

"Time for my Skeleton." I mutter to myself and close my eyes, feeling the earth shift under me. 

I open them as I nearly fall over on the ground. I lean on the wall, placing my head on the wall. 

I looked up to see G laying on the bed. He looks up from the bed and his eye sockets widen as he sees me. 

As quick as he can, he jumps to his feet and runs over to me. He turns my head towards him, smiling like an idiot. 

I smile as he pulls me into a hug. I hug him back, tears sitting in my eyes. My head spins a bit as he pulls back from the hug and takes notice in my collar being off. 

Laughing a bit, I raise my hand and the collar breaks and drops to the ground. I get a good look at him and take notice in the bandages that are wrapped around some of his ribs.

Slowly, I move his jacket and a small gasp leaves me as I see the small cracks in some of his ribs. 

"G, what have they done to you?" I ask, turning my magic on and running my hands over his ribs.

He shutters as my magic wraps around his ribs, fixing the cracked bones. His eye sockets close and his head falls back a bit, making me smirk as my magic does it's thing.

Once finished I move my hands away and giggle a bit at his reaction. He lifted his head and looked at me, his breath had left a little bit. 

He lifts his hands and takes caresses my cheeks in his hands, bring my face to his and kissing me. All my problems melted away at that kiss. My eyes close and my arms wrap around his neck. 

He pulls back and looks me in the eye. "Let's get out of here."
