Dolph Ziggler - One Shots

"Don't say that when you know you're not coming back."

Dolph just came home after 3 weeks on the road. Things have been a bit rough between you two lately, but you never thought he'd come home with this announcement.

"(y/n), I... we need to talk." He starts, struggling to find a way to initiate the conversation. You sit down next to him on the couch, urging him to talk. "Uh, things... aren't working. We need some time apart from each other to figure out things... to think."

"We or you?" You spit venomously, tears threatening to fall. "Is there anybody else? Don't you love me anymore?" You ask, your voice wavering as the tears finally start streaming down your face.

"Don't make this harder, please." He replies, sadly. "I still love you. And there is no one else."

"I don't believe you." You sob, standing up and getting away from him.

"I swear, I just need some time, (y/n). A couple of days... maybe a week. Then, we'll talk this through." He explains, sounding tired, frustrated... even uncomfortable. "We'll be fine."
