Letter 2

23 2 1

I visited your grave yesterday, after I read your first letter. I laid a dandelion on your grave. I hope you like it. I cried a lot, I'm sorry. I'm going to open your second letter now.

Remember the creek outside our house in the woods? And we hung our clothes on a branch and went swimming. You made me a crown with the daisies that were on the side of the water. We were eighteen, and we fell asleep on the grass, where we were drying off. I remember waking up to you carrying me through the dandelion field to our house. You looked down at me and smiled, kissed my forehead and I fell asleep again, only to wake up in the morning in your arms, that was the morning that we first made love. That was one of my favorite days. Love, Yours Forever.
