It has been some time since that day. Everyone was alright in the end, and the people who kidnapped Abigail and killed her sister were locked up for the rest of their lives. Abigail and Aaron have graduated high school and are now working online in college together.
Abigail walked up to Aaron and kissed him on the cheek. "Hi honey. Want to discuss that poetry project we have to for our ELA class?" She asked. Aaron nodded. "That sounds good. I have the perfect poem in mind. It's one I wrote myself." Abigail sat next to him. "Okay." She said, reading the piece of paper in his hands.
I was lonely, yes I was.
No one understood me, no one was there.
But then this new girl came along.
We have been friends ever since.
We have gone through some crazy times, we nearly died together.
Now that I'm with her, I'm not lonely anymore.
Abigail smiled. "It's perfect, I love you." She said.
Oh yes, didn't I mention? They got married! Now the lonely boy at the beginning of this story isn't so lonely anymore.
