At That Moment (Ciel x Reader)

Chapter 20 •SURPRISE!•

•Time Skip (it's about 7:00pm)•

•Your POV•
With Sebastian, Mey-Rin, Finny and Baldroys help, we were able to finish decorating the ballroom. Almost all the guests are here. All we are missing, is Ciel. I'm wearing a midnight blue dress to go with the theme of the party. There is a robin blue ribbon around my waist that ties into a bow in the back. The blue matches the color from Ciel's outfit. I walk up the stairs and quickly walk to Ciel's study. I knock on the door and hear the usual "Come in."

•Ciel's POV•
The door starts to open and it reveals (Y/N) wearing an outfit that matches mine. "Ciel, come with me." She grabs my arm and pulls me from my chair as we exit the room. About halfway down the stairs she covers my eyes. "What is going on?!" I say, confused. Finally we reach the end of the stairs. "I'm gonna count to three then I will uncover your eyes. 1......2......3!" "SURPRISE!" She uncovers my eyes to reveal a party. The entire ballroom is decorated with midnight blue decorations, the tables are full of food and drinks, there are tons of people dancing. "Do you like it Ciel?" I am so full of shock that I don't notice the tear falling down my cheek. I pull her into a warm embrace. "Thank you so much." I tell her.

•Your POV•
Sebastian had told me about how Ciel lost everything on his birthday. I had to make sure today was special. As soon as we finish hugging, I pull him out onto the dance floor. I hand him a mask and put on my own. Everyone else puts on a mask as well, after all, we did first meet at a masquerade party. We walk out into the middle of the dance floor as we begin to dance "The Waltz".

•Time Skip•

•Ciel's POV•
The party has been great, I don't think I have ever had so much fun in a while. (Y/N) and I have danced the night away. I don't even know what time it is, we've been dancing for so long. I pull away after a while and check the time. It's around 9:00pm. I excuse my self and quickly run up to my bedroom.

•Your POV•
Ciel leaves to go to his bedroom, I'm not sure why. A couple minutes later he comes down with a box. "(Y/N), I have a gift for you tonight, if you will accept it." He bends down on one knee and opens the box revealing a diamond ring. "Will you marry me?" A tear slides down my cheek. "Of course, I love you so much Ciel." Ciel begins to cry too and he gets up and slides the ring on my finger. Once he's done, we share a warm kiss.

"I love you so much (Y/N)"
"I love you too Ciel"

At that moment, life couldn't have been anymore perfect.
