So i've been sad lately. Theirs a reason but i don't feel like sharing. Anyways here's my 6 step guide to make y'all sad saps having a bad day into a happy hannah having a great year.
Step 1: Whoevers making you sad (if it's a who) Tell them. If it's a relationship issue then block them. Or delete any trace of them from your phone.
Step 2: Do happy things with friends to get your mind off things (Ex. Go to the mall)
Step 3: Eat a shit ton until you don't feel sad anymore
Step 4: Listen to music that's happy and makes you happy. Don't make an entire playlist about depression. That'll just make it worse
Step 5: Meditate. (It helps a lot trust me)
Step 6: Listen to rain to help you sleep. (Theirs apps for that kinda stuff.
