"Bye Sweetpea," the little bird's owner called out before shutting the door to the apartment. The bird, prepared to open the cage door, rammed his head into it. He let out a loud and long chirp. [Ow] He clutched his tiny head.

Sweetpea was in a happier place, flying with the airplanes that appeared on the TV screen. He felt like he was one of them. Suddenly, he felt a tugging sensation that was pulling him back. No matter how hard Sweetpea tried, it was always there. Finally, the force of the fan sent the tiny bird sailing out the open window behind him. [Help me!] "Oh my god, Sweetpea!" Mel and Buddy cried at the same time as they rushed over to the window. Meanwhile, Duke pulled the cord to the fan.
