"Hey Mel-" Max began just as another sneeze interrupted him. Snowball shook his head in frustration.

"Hey Mel, where've you-" Once again, another sneeze stopped Max from finishing his sentence. Meanwhile, Sweetpea began chirping. "Yellow Bird, not now!" Pops shouted from offstage.

"Hey Mel- where's Chloe?" Max asked, just noticing that the tabby cat was missing. At that moment, the cat entered the room with a bag of chips and a bottle of soda. "What?" she asked as she took her place in a small box.

Max didn't even get a chance to speak as he sneezed twice in a row. Angry, Snowball was prepared to jump on him when Duke and Leonard blocked him from his intended target.
