Buddy reached for the counter, determined for a much needed back massage when he felt his front paws slipping. He tried to pull himself up, but with his hindlegs still dangling over the edge, he fell to the floor.

Jumping up, Buddy stretched his paws out for the counter's edge but he realized too late that he had jumped too short. Soon, he found himself falling to the floor.
