(Since Ed's new album is the best thing ever this year, thought I'd make this)

March 3, 2017
"Let's go somewhere," I heard Shawn say.

"Where do you wanna go?"

"I don't know... The re- OH MY GOD," he suddenly said loudly, making me almost panic.

"What? What happened? What's going on?" I rambled, clearly worried.

"Ed's new album comes out today!" he cheered, his eyes lighting up.

I sighed in relief. "I thought your nose was hurting or something."

"Nah. I'm fine. Well, not really. Babe, Ed's new album comes out today!" he repeated, hugging me, peppering my whole face with kisses.

"Only you, Shawn. Only you," I laughed, pecking his lips. "What happens when his album comes out, anyway?"

"The whole world will be set on fire! He's just that good!" he explained.

"You sound like a five year old on Christmas," I joked, kissing his cheek.

"Hey," he whined.

"Kidding, baby."

"It's out! Baby, it's out! Oh my God!" he started exclaiming, jumping up and down. "Let's listen to it together!"

"Uh, su-" I was cut off with him literally scooping me with his arms, before he ran to our room.

"I'm so excited!" He put me down gently on the bed, plopping himself next to me as he stared at his phone, playing the album.

"This is called Supermarket Flowers, huh? I think it's about him getting his girlfriend supermarket flowers or something," I said, looking at one of the tracks.

"Yeah. Probably," he said. "Do you wanna listen to that one?"

"Hold on to that thought," I stopped him. "Someone's calling the phone downstairs. I'm gonna get it," I told him.

"Alright. I'm just gunna listen to it without you," he said casually.

"Okay," I replied, not really minding him listening to it without me. I wasn't that big of a fan either. I was okay with him.

I took my time answering the phone, at least until I heard sniffles from the other room.

"Shawn, are you okay?" I questioned, my voice laced with concern.

The sniffling continued.

"Hey, can we talk about this later? I have to check on Shawn," I told my best friend.

"What happened?"

"I have no idea. I gotta go," I said, letting her say her goodbyes and replying her with mine, before actually hanging up.

"Shawn? Are you okay?" I walked through the open door of our room. I saw him curled up on the bed, crying.

"Shawn? Why are you crying?" I asked. My heart broke as I saw more tears streaming down his face. He never cried in front of me.

He didn't reply anyway, so I just lied next to him, hugging him from the back.

His sniffles soon quieted down, and I took the chance to ask what had happened.

"Supermarket Flowers. It's so sad, Y/N," he murmured.

I almost laughed. "So you cried because of that?"

"Yes. Listen to it. You won't believe how sad it is if you don't hear it yourself."

"I will. Another time, though," I said. "You're okay, right?"

"I'm great. Just kinda emotional, that's all," he replied, starting to laugh.

"Why are you laughing?" I laughed along with him.

"I don't even know why I cried. It was such a beautiful song," he replied. "You'll still love me though, right? Even though I'm a crybaby?"

"You're not a crybaby, Shawn. It's good to cry sometimes," I told him, running my hand through his fluffy hair.

"I'm gonna make sure you cry, too," he said, smirking.

"Well, that's comforting," I said sarcastically.

"I bet it is. Now then, care to listen to the rest of the album with me?"
