Let It All Out

Tree

Not only are you a person,

But you are also a tree,

You might raise your brows

But it's not something you could see,

Let your roots go deep 

For they remind you of who you are,

In some place where it isn't steep

And the world isn't afar.

People will come along

And climb up your branches,

But be careful of those

Who want to draw your story to a close.

Blossom with flowers

And leaves and fruits,

Bless the little girl and new recruits.

So grow and grow,

Give in to the light,

See all the birds in a state of flight,

Because you are a tree,

With the years comes the wisdom,

Where inside you grows

Your grand little kingdom.
