Through your eyes,
There is so much you can't see,
Truer than any disguise
And deeper than any sea.
They can be as light as the sky
Or as dark as a shadow,
That when you cry,
It can flood a whole meadow.
So don't wish for another pair,
To each are their own,
Because if you changed your eyes,
You wouldn't have realized how much they shone.
