When You Grab A Book

When you grab a book,
Go to your little nook,
Just like little Took.

Hear yourself flip the pages,
Where it feels as if you've known the characters for ages,
Think of it as a lullaby
That can even sooth your turmoil's cry,
There is no harm to try.

Feel the cover,
Either carton or leather,
Feel the story's weather,
Until your cup of tea becomes as light as a feather.

When you grab a book,
Go to your little nook,
Just like little Took,
There is no better look.

Hallou dear reader 😊,
I think this will be it for today. I know it's only two poems but they're longer than normal, and I am so sorry for posting late! I had to deal with some other things, but I'll post earlier tomorrow, at LEAST before eight :).
I hope that whoever you are, have a lovely night, and I'll see you tomorrow!
With love and care,
