Rainy rose (Silver)

Your POV-
'Ahhh, first day of the winter, my favorite season of the year', I think to myself as wake up, still in bed.

I then get up to get myself ready for the day. I choose a simple outfit, a (F/C) long-sleeves shirt, black leggings and some brown boots. I then get my (hair/quills/feathers/fur) brushed and phone my best friend, Amy Rose (I'm sorry if you don't like her!). "Hey Amy!" I greet over the phone.

"Heyo! How's it going (Y/N)!" Amy then replies.
"Oh nothing much. Ya know any good places to go for breakfast?"

"Ooh! I know how about (your favorite restaurant)! We could go together!"

"Heh, that's sounds good! I'll meet you there!" I say as I then end the call. "Okay, it should be at least a bit cold, so I should bring a sweater." I say to myself.

Once I get myself all really, I head out the door and ride my bike to the restaurant. 'Amy should be there already, knowing her.' My thoughts say. After a quick bike ride, I'm there. 'Heh, I was right, it was going to be a tad bit cold' I think, noticing it was colder around this restaurant than my house.

I then walk in, noticing Amy sitting in a booth not too far from the entrance. "Hey Ames! What did ya order me?" I had asked her.

"Knowing you, (yo fav food)!" Responded Amy.

"Sweet! You know me like the back of my hand!" I say, then sliding into the seat in front of her.

"Well, while we're waiting for our food, why don't we talk about boys?" Amy suggests.

"Amy, we're not twelve. You know we're both seventeen." I say.

"I know that! I just don't know what else to talk about!"

"Alright Amy, but no blabbing about Sonic. Okay?"

"Fine. So uh, I know someone who'd be just perfect for you!"

"And who may that be?" I ask raising my brow.
"Silver! I know how you don't like mean people and you don't like people taking advantage of you, so Silver would be the cherry on your cupcake!"

"Silver...Silver?!" I repeat knowing that I have a bit of a crush on him. The food then is served before I can say anything else.

"Mmmm, pancakes!" Amy then says.

"Oooh, delicious." I then say looking at my meal.

"So uh, when we're done, wanna go see him?" Asks Amy.

"See who?" I reply.

"Silver, silly!"

"Oh......yeah."

"Mmmm, that was amazing" I say finishing my meal.

"Allll-right (Y/N)! Now we are going to the park with Silver!" Amy announced.

"Wait wha- WE'RE GOING WITH SILVER!" I say pretty much shouting.

"Yup! And you are going to enjoy it!"

"Really Ames, really?"

"Yep. I'm just gonna go pay and then we can go!" Amy replies.

After Amy was done paying, we both got on our bikes, riding to the park. I knew I had to go because 1, Amy's going to be pissed, 2, I kinda actually wanted to uh, see Silver.

After a little while of bike riding, we made to the park. I then noticed Silver, arriving at the park as well, I feel my face getting heated up. 'Okay (Y/N), you can't ruin this, but it'll be easy since Amy's here.' I think to myself.
"Oooookay! I'm sure you two can spend time by yourself with Silver!" Amy then says, pulling the carpet at the last second.

"Wait, AMY!" I shout as Amy then quickly rides off on her bike.

"H-hey (Y/N), something wrong?" I hear a voice say behind me.

"Huh" I then turn around to see Silver, "oh, h-hey Silver. And uh, nothings wrong h-here!" I respond.

"Well uh, I guess Amy left, so s-should we just walk t-t-together." Silver then suggests.

"Yeah, I guess," I say looking down, trying to hide my blushing face. I know Silver's shy kinda like me, but I should do something because I know he wouldn't. I then grab Silver hand, trying my hardest not to blush. I then get a glimpse of Silver face, red with his blush. I giggle a little. "So uh, how's life been for you?" I ask as we start our walking.

"Uh, g-good, you?" He replies.

"Good," I say as I notice it getting a little cloudy. "Hm, what's your favorite type of weather?" I ask trying to start a conversation.
"Oh, does windy count?" He responds.

"Yeah, I guess. I like the wind too." I state. Not long after, it starts to rain. "Gah, it's raining now!" I say.

"Oh uh, I knew it would rain." Said Silver as he pulled an umbrella from his backpack. "Here, you need it more than I do." Silver suggests.

"No, we can share it," I say as I open the black umbrella, pulling myself closer to Silver, so we're both covered by it. His face becomes so rosy, he could be mistaken for Knuckles.

"U-uh, um, t-t-thanks." Silver says.

"You know Silver? You're the one of the kindest people I've met my age. And I like that about you," I say placing a gentle kiss on his cheek, then pulling away.

"W-w-well, t-thanks (Y/N)." Silver says, clearly flustered.
"Heh, You're so naive its cute." I say.
