Jewel's POV~
Hanging out with my twin, Aisha, was a normal thing I always did. I couldn't think of anything better than being with her. We were leaving our favorite restaurant. As we walked out the door, I spot a green hedgehog running from presumably......angry squirrels.
'Wonder what got them so angry.'
Aisha seemed to wanna go home, as much as I would love to go home with her, I also needed to run some errands. As we went our separate ways, I began walking to a store. Quickly, choosing the things I needed, I soon walked out with a bag filled with my necessities.
I turn my heel, only to see the same green hedgehog from before, running towards me.
'Oh I hope he does talk to me. I'm sure I would just embarrass myself!'
He seem not to see where he was going because  just like that! He fell right on top of me.
'O-oh my...'
I couldn't help, but just stare into his meyes.
This became a odd, but kind of... enjoyable moment.
  "Heh, sorry 'bout that! Anyways, can ya help me get away from these angry folks?" He asked.
"B-but I uh d-don't even k-know your name.."
I stated shyly.
"Oh, the names Manic. So are ya gonna help me?"
"Oh um... y-yeah I g-guess.." I figured saying no would kinda be rude, especially since I would usually help many people.
"Great! Do you have a place I can hides for a bit? I'm pretty sure these squirrels will be on my tail for a while,"
I figured my home might be okay, I just hope Aisha wouldn't mind. "Uh, yeah..follow m-me,"
Once we got to my house, I quickly got the door open and ran to inform Aisha about our guest.
"Um, Aisha?" I called.
"Hm?" She waited for a reply.
"We have a guest, Manic, and he might be here for a while..."
"Oh. Well, um, make sure he doesn't do anything... bad." Aisha warned.
"I'll make sure he doesn't. If he does, let's just say it won't be very pretty," I responded.
I then walked back to the living room, where I had left Manic in. I spot him examining each thing.
"W-what are you doing?" I asked.
He jolted up, "O-oh uh, nothing!" He ran to the couch, trying to act normal. I raised an eyebrow at his actions.
"So uh, why did you need to h-hide?"
"Just did something that got them squirrels angry, nothing much." He calmly stated.
"It has to be more than 'nothing much' since those squirrels are known to be p-pretty calm,"
"Fine... I just took a little something." He admitted.
"Y-you stole..." I was shocked.
"Yeah. So what?"
"Um. I-is that why you were looking through my stuff?" I questioned.
"Oh! No, no, no, no! You're helping, why would I take from someone who's helping me?"
"......oh,"
"Besides, who would steal from someone so pretty?" He walked towards me and stroked my cheek.
At this, I was really flustered. What was worse is that he knew.
"Do you like me or what?" He questioned knowing I was blushing.
"Uhhh....n-no... m-m-maybe..." I shyly told.
He smirked.
"You do!"
"Y-yeah, so what?" Oh no. I fully admitted now.
"I knew it! I could say the same for you." He said with a wink. Not long after, he pecked my cheek.
I couldn't contain my blush much longer.
