geoff: hey :-)) i can't talk much today but somehow i convinced them to move my curfew back! i'm super duper excited for sunday night. have a great day, awsten ❤️❤️
that was the text that awsten woke up to. it made his heart swell knowing that this was probably the first text geoff had sent when he woke up. the hearts just made him melt into a puddle on his bed. he would make sure to have a great day.

this weekend was going to be perfect. even though awsten was really into the bands, he was willing to go if it was going to make geoff happy. he wanted to make the other boy smile and hopefully make his year.
later in the day, geoff sent back a text, his heart swelling when he saw the smiley face awsten added to the end of the text.
geoff: so, well you tell me what the date is?
awsten: nope :) you don't get to know until sunday
geoff: bully
awsten: :0
awsten: excuse me, i will leave you here and take someone else with me
geoff: i'm sorry, okay, you're not a bully
awsten: that's better
geoff: but anyways, i'm super excited for sunday and i can't wait to see what it is
awsten: you're going to love it, i promise

awsten: yes, definitely
geoff: you better be right
awsten: i always am right, don't worry
