AN: so it took me just over a week but I finally finished my drawing of Chris motionless (picture above) and it looks so good. I'm actually really proud of this one. Thank you so much for all of you're reads! Now let's get back to the story

"Hey andy?" I asked snapping him out of his thoughts
"Yeah?"
"Do you really think we could adopt?" I asked
"Absolutely"
"Do you think we could still get a baby so all the baby stuff we got doesn't go to waste"
"That was what I wanted to do"
"Can we also paint the guest room to be a nursery. I want a sunset on the wall"
"That sounds perfect" andy said and kissed my cheek
"We'll start when you feel like it. Just not tonight"
"Ok"

Andy and I went to the store to get a bunch of paint and tape and paintbrushes and shit so we could paint the nursery. We started looking into adoption and it may take a while but it will be so worth it. We want to adopt a baby boy. I really hope this all works out.
I guess I was lost in thought cause Andy was waving his hand in front of my face
"Babe"
"Wha- a- yeah?"
"Are you okay"
"Ya. I was just lost in thought"
"Ok. Do you want to use spray paint or what"
"Sure. That should work. We'll need a plastic thingy for the floor though"
"Okay"
We got everything we needed and left then when we got home we cleared out the guest room and got started with the preparation.
I taped the baseboards and took off outlet covers while Andy tried to lay out the stupid floor tarp thing. After we had finally taped and shit we got the primer and primed all of the walls. While that dried we watched an episode of The Walking Dead then when it was over we went back upstairs and the primer was dry so while I started to spray paint the sunset on Andy painted the rest of the walls in chalkboard paint because then we can have sidewalk chalk in here when he's older and we don't have to worry about him drawing on everything with markers and crayons and shit.
We let that paint dry and went and made lunch and ate then went back up and both worked on the sunset until it looked perfect.
After we finished painting the sunset we went and moved the crap from the guest room to the basement then brought all the baby stuff up to the living room. We watched an episode of supernatural then went back upstairs to the nursery. We both grabbed white paint and a small brush and signed our names in the top corner. Then I took a picture and posted it on all my social media so Andy could repost it all.
I captioned the photo with
"Recently (Andy's social media names) and I were informed with the awful news that we could not have kids as in I am physically incapable of making children. We didn't want this to ruin us. We are going to adopt and have a wonderful life together (not that it isn't wonderful now). Today we painted what will be the nursery. Tomorrow we can set it up. Thank you for all of your love and support over the past years. We love you all with all our hearts. Stay strong"
The fans responded with tons of positive feedback. There was a lot of people saying they were sorry but they hope we can manage to have a successful adoption process and people saying that the wall looks amazing and some of both.
Today was a good day.
Andy and I showered and went to bed. Tonight I fell asleep in the arms of the best man ever and it's all I could ever ask for.
