No matter how many times you screw up, make mistakes, fail at things and anything else; we will get it right one way or another and one day in our future.

Don't beat yourself up, but even if you do, try not to make that feeling worse. Though if you do, don't make the illness or situation worse by fixating/dwelling or focusing only on the negatives of the situation.
