Be Your Own Best Friend

It may seem and sound odd to hear, read and say this but it's important enough and a great idea to become our own best friend. Yeah for some of us, being lonely is one of our worst nightmares partly because of some kind of mental illness or even an eating disorder. Eating disorders can make us believe easily that we can't trust ourselves around food nor a gym if we are alone.

We must bring a supportive friend who we can feel comfortable with and who can support us when any possible symptoms of signs show up. To help us get through it and become stronger each day. Everyone needs a friend like that. Having a best friend who you've known for years and remain friends no matter what, as well as being supportive, and all else that is important in a relationship or friendship, is really lucky to have.

But aside from having friends of your own who are loyal, honest, sincere, supportive, and much else, it's great to also be your own best friend. Do some research, and learn what kind of benefits that can have on us and our mental wellbeing and happiness.
