It's always good to take some time for a nap. Start getting into the routine of going to bed earlier. Set your alarm or phone to remind yourself to get ready for bed around 9:30-10pm or any time around that and get up the around the same time every morning. And give yourself a reward of staying up late one night and sleeping in once in a while or whenever feels healthy for you.

And take your time. It takes at least 21 days to get into a habit.
