Kanan's pov
It's been nine months since Ezra left, seven since we've face timed. We've had the empire on our tail for the past few months and haven't had time to talk... Or I just haven't had time, I miss him so much. I sit now in my room holding Ezra's lightsaber with tears sliding down my cheeks. I messed up soooooooooo bad the past months before Ezra but I can fix this. We just received a transmission from the medical center, Ezra's health has stabilized and he will be returning home next week, I can't wait to have my son home again.
