Sparrow's Sister: Immortality

Chapter Five

"I heard you were putting together a crew. And baby girl I heard ye died at sea I was upset when I heard the news of ye," their Dad said as they were inside the Captains Daughter sitting at a table.
"I'm very much alive dad. I'm captain of the Flying Dutchman," Lorena told him as his eyes widened.
"Impossible how did this happen?"
"Davy Jones' killed me and Jack helped me stab his heart. I'm only on land because of this," she told him pointing at the amulet.
"Jackie is this true?"
"Aye da, it is that was the worst day of my entire life but  If enough people keep saying that I'm looking for a crew, then it must be true,"
"Is that your tooth?" Their dad asks causing Lorena to look at it as well.
"Aye. I broke it, swallowed it, passed it, sifted it, retrieved it, polished it...fashion,"
"Just like you Jackie," Lorena says with a shake of her head causing Teague to smile before getting serious again.
"I heard where you're headed. The Fountain. And now I assume both of you are?"
"Yes. Have you been there dad?" Lorena asked as their father turned to look at her.
"Does this face look like it's been to the Fountain of Youth darling?"
"Depends on the light," Jack answered causing his sister to giggle.
"Son, Daughter, the Fountain. There be items required, for the Profane Ritual. Two Chalices,"
"On the map, there was a Chalice --" Jack began but Teague cutt him off.
"Two. Silver. From Ponce de Leon's ship. You'll need both,"
"For what dad? I just got here not too long ago. I missed out two years,"
"The Ritual! Don't be a fool, Jackie and Lorena! Find out every detail before you both set sail,"
"Set sail? We'd love to. But for that, we may need a ship,"
"And a crew," Lorena added in nodding her head as Jack grabbed her hand.
"Those folk, over there. They have a ship. They're signing up sailors right now. Jackie make sure you take care of yer sister. I always loved seeing how close you two are," Dad says as Jack and Lorena looks over, and sees Scrum with some ladies. They are singing.
"My heart is pierced by Cupid, I disdain all glittering gold..."
The two turns back to their dad Teague.
"And one last thing, you two. The Fountain tests you. Mark my words,"
The three toast each other, and drink. Jack glances back over at Scrum.
"Dad will we ever see you again?" Lorena couldn't help but ask as Teague smiled.
"Maybe darling, but make sure you take care of yourself ye hear. Jackie will always be there to protect ye,"
Lorena nodded her head with a smile as a lone tear rolled down her cheek.
"I love ye dad,"
"As I love both of y'all as well," he says as Lorena turned to what Jack was looking at.
"...there is nothing can console me but my jolly sailor bold!"
"Ha ha haaaa!"
Jack and Lorena glances back  but their dad is gone as Lorena couldn't help but look around as she sighed causing Jack to squeeze her hand in return as the two looked at each other as he nodded his head. Scrum continues playing his mandola as the ladies leave. But stops instantly as Lorena holds a small knife to his throat.
"I hear you be recruiting a crew," Jack whispers to him.
"Aye. That is, Jack Sparrow be puttin' together a modest venture," he says as Jack steps out of the shadows
"You've got some nerve, ain't ya?  Turnin' up here, dressed like that?! What, are you some kind of imposter?"
"Do you have any idea who we are, mate?" Jack asked as Lorena removed the knife as she stood next to her brother.
Scrum laughs, then begins to speak to everyone.
"Oi! Muckers! Some bloke here what forgot his own name!"
"Hey! You better watch your mouth you drunk ass pirate. That's me brother your talking about and I suggest you shut up unless you want that tongue you have in your mouth," Lorena says as everyone instantly goes quiet. A door bangs open.
"Lads, I'm sailin' with Sparrow! Who'll buy a sailor a drink?"
"Aye!"
"Thanks for sticking up for me Lorena,"
"No problem Jackie. Besides the only person who's allowed to insult you is me," she says with a wide smile as Jack rolled his eyes.
"You forget who's the oldest one around here,"
"But you love me anyways,"
"Sadly," Jack playfully jokes as Lorena punched his arm causing him to laugh.
Jack stops laughing when Jack spots a shadow on the wall he signals his sister to follow him. They follow it into the Captain's Daughter storeroom and looks around. The imposter appears from behind a column. At the same time, the two brandish their swords.
"You've stolen me and I'm here to take meself back. You've also told lies about my baby sister and I'm not okay with that,"
The other Jack races back behind the post, Jack does the same, but on the other side. They peek out from either side and back. They instantly face each other and clash swords. The two run over to the barbecue pit and circle each other. They have the exact same movements. Jack runs a hand down his beard while the other Jack does the same..
"Stop doing that!"
"JACKIE ARE YOU OKAY?!" Lorena asks worried as she couldn't tell the two apart.
"I'LL BE FINE JUST STAY THERE!"
The two instantly begin to fight; other Jack dodges out of the way. Other Jack slashes for a moment then Jack misses, his sword stuck in the hunk of roasting meat. He yanks it out then he and the other Jack battle near a stack of barrels. They spin around, fight again, then other Jack kicks Jack in the stomach and races up a ramp. Jack gets up and chases after the other Jack just as a barrel comes rolling down. He leaps over one of them and trips. As the second barrel appears, Jack dodges it by jumping off the ramp. He watches other Jack run along the rafters. Pulls a lever and the elevator takes hims up there. Carefully balances on a narrow beam between two chandeliers. Again the two fight, jumping along the bars. Jack snaps loose a pulley and swings on it, kicks other Jack and he grabs the bar and swings, lands on the ground on top of stacked barrels. Jack appears near him and yet again resume fighting; the barrels collapse. Still more fights, other Jack stomps on Jack's foot. After a while other Jack does a slash-spin move, swordpoint straight at Jack.
"Jackie!" Lorena says with pure worryness in her voice.
