"i can't believe he broke up with me on our first anniversary," eunjin sobbed onto jihoon's shoulder

"uljima, he don't deserve your precious tears." he hugged her tighter.

"but h-he left me for my own best friend," she sniffed.

"listen, he is a jerk and you deserve so much better than this." he told her.

She broke away from the hug and wiped her tears.

"there you go, now you need to smile," he said pulling the ends on her mouth up.

The forceful smile made her laugh, "im so happy that you're my best friend." she smiled for real this time.

After some time of him comforting her, he took a glance at his hand watch.

"eunjin-ah, i have to go. i have training after this better be early than sorry right! i'll text you when i get my phone during break times okay, i promise!" he said hugging her once more before walking out the tiny cafe.
