Criss couldn't sleep at all that night...so when the sun came up he quickly put his shoes and shirt back on...and just sat in the chair next to his son's bed...and waited for him to wake up...Criss looked at his watch...and said his little man was usually always up at 8:00 wanting his breakfast...and sure enough when 8:00 came around Johnny's beautiful brown eyes popped open and was looking at his daddy with a smile on his face...and asking for a drink. Criss stood up and hugged and kissed his little man...and then handed him some ice water...but told him not to drink too fast...for he didn't know how his little tummy was going to react to anything after all the medicine they pumped into him.

Johnny sat up on the bed and asked where his bunny was...but Criss told him that his bunny was back at the RV...but Criss stood up and entertained his son with a little magic...and pulled the bunny out from under his jacket...then handed it to him. Johnny looked at him and asked for peanut butter sandwich...but Criss told him he had to wait for the nurse to come in...right after Criss said it...the morning nurse popped in and checked his vitals for him...then after the nurse typed it into her tablet...Johnny piped up if he could have a peanut butter sandwich with grape jelly...the nurse smiled at him and said she would go see what she could do about it...then she asked Criss if he wanted something...but he shook his head no.

Ten minutes later, the nurse came in and handed him the sandwich on a plate...but told showed him the three types of jelly they had...strawberry, peach, or blackberry...that the grape was all gone...Johnny asked for strawberry...the nurse handed Criss the packet and he squirted it in his sandwich for him...Johnny bit into it and smiled...but waited until he swallowed before saying thank you to the nice lady...then he offered a bite to Criss...but he told him to eat...that he was a growing boy and needed the energy for the trip back to the RV...so he could go back to pestering his uncles while his daddy went to work...on his last day in Kansas. Johnny gave a giggle after he ate his last bite of his sandwich...and said he was ready to go. Criss chuckled at his silly little man...and told him that he had to wait for the doctor to give the ok to leave...which wasn't going to be until later, around lunchtime.

But the nurse was wrong the doctor did come in earlier than noon...and checked Johnny over very well, and said he was in good shape and the anti-venom didn't effect him in any bad ways...and he was safe to take his son back to the RV with him...Criss thanked the doctor as he signed the release form...then as he loaded his little man in the car...he gave JD a call and told him that Johnny was fine and they both were on their way back to the park now...JD gave a sigh of relief and told Criss that he would relay the message...because when they didn't come home last night it made them all worry. Criss hung up the phone, and asked his son if he was ready to blow this pop stand...and get back to all of his crazy uncles both blood and adopted...Johnny held out both of his arms and spread them out and said yeah...

Kansas really was different...but Criss and his team couldn't have been happier when it was time to leave...Klayton, Sully, and Criss's two brothers were just so thankful that Johnny was alright, and healed up nicely from his spider bite...but now he was very leery about playing outside. It was now time for drawing of the next location...Johnny almost put his hand in the basket...but quickly withdrew it...and said bug...Criss snickered a little bit at how smart his little man was...and asked Klayton to make sure there were no spiders in the basket for Johnny...Klayton poked his head in the basket and shook it up a little bit...and said nope no bad buggies in there...then he handed it back to Criss and he held it up again for Johnny to pull one paper out...he opened it and said Okhoma...Criss and the others giggled at Johnny's new state...but Criss wanted him to know how it was pronounced so he corrected him as he showed him the word...Johnny gave him a smile...and said Okwahoma...Klayton said that was right.

Criss slowly stood up and told everyone it was load up time...then time to haul ass to The Sooner State. But this time as they were traveling...Criss and Johnny were going to be taking a nap...Abby and Rachel were going to make sure no one was going to bother them...for Criss looked really worn out...and Johnny was way late for his nap time...Klayton was driving this time with Costa sitting shotgun keeping him company...Sully was snoring away in the chair with Sandy sitting on his lap snoozing away too...Rachel and Abby were quietly talking about Rachel's sister, meeting Criss and Johnny...then it reminded her to give her a call to let her know they were headed in her direction. 

When her sister finally answered she told Rachel that she was so excited and she couldn't wait to see him in person...Rachel told her she would definitely get her chance...then added mildly humorously that all she needed to do was be her sweet and charming self, and adore Johnny, and she would probably have it made with Johnny's daddy...for that was his number one priority...Rachel's sister snickered a little bit and said that was all she knew how to be...then added before she hung up that she couldn't wait to see her and her hot new boyfriend...Rachel asked her how she knew her boyfriend was hot...she giggled thru the phone and said she was a loyal Cellmate too, and knew exactly what Klayton Scott looked like...which was 110% hott...then said she just loved the Greek Houdini a little bit more. Rachel quickly changed the subject when Criss got up and asked where they were at now...as he got into the fridge and grabbed a juicebox for him and Johnny...Abby looked up from her solitaire game and said not there yet...so Criss meandered back in the bedroom and after each of them taking a few sips...laid back down, and decided to watch The Three Stooges.
