**This is the end to my story!PLEASE READ THE AUTHOR'S NOTE BECAUSE IT'S GOODBYE :(

Serenity Renolds

“Don’t freak out-“He started.

“Are you gay!?!Now’s the time to come out the closet! That’s probably won’t you’re giving me!Money so I keep my mouth quiet until school!”I cut in.

He stood up and calmed me down.

I nodded and he did so too as we sat back down.

“First,I AM not gay.The things-erm…Well I’m not gay.”He sighed.

“Then what?”I smiled.

“Serenity that day I saw you..I saw something different.Like nothing I’ve ever felt before. When I tried to make a move on you,you brushed me off and almost ran me over with your car.The next day I waited outside your classroom like a creep and..purposely knocked your papers out of your hands to talk to you.You were obviously annoyed, but hey that doesn’t stop Taten Rosenfield.2 years later and 27 days, here we are.I love Serenity Ann Renolds.I love every goddamn thing about her.”

I blushed and looked away completely oblivious to everything.

“Serenity,we’re not out of college, but can you promise me one thing?”He whispered the last part. His breath fanned my face and it was warm against my cold skin.

I turned to look at him,but not in his eye I definitely couldn’t handle that.

I noticed he was slowly turned his arm as him holding something out to me.

Do I dare peak an eye at him.

Whoops too late.

“Will you promise to marry me?”He snapped me out of my thoughts. His hand cradled a small box and he opened it.

Inside was a small ring,it has one small, single diamond and the band was plain but beautiful.

“Taten I-“

“Will run away and leave.Screaming and yelling.”He looked away from me,but I could feel the sadness towering over him.

“Yes.”I smiled,finally looking at him.

He turned to me with shock and tried to open his mouth.

“I said yes.Not because I feel bad but because I love you too.”To prove my statement,I pressed my lips firmly against his.

“Try it on.”He smirked.

I rolled my eyes and allowed him to place the sparkling promise ring on my ring finger.
