A/N: I don't own Harry Potter. If you are triggered by swearing or boyxboy, just leave my profile entirely. This is a fanfic dedicated to LittlexMissx who inspired me to write this story. Thanks!

Harry bit his bottom lip in anxiety, Lucius Malfoy sat in front of the Winzengamot, magically bound to the chair. Albus was smirking to himself, he thought Malfoy was going to Azkaban.

"Lucius Malfoy is accused of working with the dark lord. How do you plead?"

"I plead innocent ." Lucius responded calmly, Harry locked eyes with the wizard. Malfoy dipped his head slightly, he smiled back.

"What proof do you have?"

"I have no dark mark." Albus snorted,

"That is a lie." He announced,

"Really? Would you like to look?"

"Yes, actually. I would." Albus stood and made his way down to Lucius. He pulled up the man's left sleeve and gasped. No mark. "This is impossible, I am positive he has the dark mark." Fudge shrugged,

"Clearly he doesn't. If it reassures you, we can have him take Veritaserum."

"Fine." The man walked back to his seat. A man gave Malfoy the potion, which he drank quickly.

"Now." Harry whispered, Tom, or 'Fredric Potter' took his wand out and muttered the incantation for the imperius curse. Malfoy's eyes glazed over.

"State your name."

"Lucius Malfoy."

"Are you, or have you ever, assisted the dark lord?"

"No." Lucius replied,

"Give him the antidote. I would normally hold a vote, but there is enough evidence to prove that Lucius Malfoy is innocent." Draco turned to Harry and grinned. Albus was scowling, Tom was smirking. The restraints were removed,

"Let's go." Tom stood up, Potter nodded and walked out with Draco at his side. They waited for Lucius to join them. Harry felt his heart ache as Malfoy pulled his son into a hug. He had never had a parent that would do that. The older blonde pulled away first, he smiled at his son.

"I'm sure your mother would like to see us." Draco nodded. Narcissa had stayed at the manor in fear of seeing her husband being sent to Azkaban. She was not told about their plan. The wizards walked to a fireplace where they flooed to the manor. Narcissa was sitting on a couch, drinking tea and staring off into the distance. She looked up in surprise,

"Lucius. What are you... Azkaban?" She stuttered out.

"I'm not going to Azkaban, love." Narcissa set her tea cup down and hugged Lucius.

"I don't know how you did it." The couple separated,

"I didn't do it." Harry slowly backed away and walked to the library. Narcissa probably would have tried to hug him, Harry didn't like people touching him.

A few minutes later, Riddle arrived.

"Harry, are you in here?"

"No, go away." Tom sighed and walked up to him.

"Why are you so quiet? Why do you always run away?" Harry chuckled bitterly,

"I'm supposed to be quiet, remember? That's what the Dursleys thought."

"Who are the Dursleys?"

"Muggles. My relatives, I lived with them. They were horrible." Riddle scoffed,

"They're muggles, how bad could they be?" Harry rested his chin on his knees.

"Oh, not bad at all. Except for the part where they stole my voice and nearly beat me to death." He replied sarcastically. Riddle's eyes softened,

"I didn't know."

"Yeah, most people didn't. Albus Dumbledore knew, yet he never came to save me." Harry stood up, "Don't follow me." He walked out of the library.

Harry Potter was wandering in the corridors of Malfoy Manor. He sighed and put his back to the wall.

"What is a child doing in this part of my manor?" A painting asked,

"Running."

"From?" Harry looked at the blonde man,

"People."

"Ah. May I ask you why?" He nodded,

"I just want to be alone. I don't like talking or touching."

"Mm. I am Abraxas Malfoy, you are?"

"Harry Potter. Are you Lucius' Father?"

"Yes. I thought you were on the light side, so why are you here?" Harry smirked,

"Lucius' son, Draco, is my friend. I was supposed to stay at Hogwarts, but Dumbledore gets on my nerves." Abraxas laughed,

"I enjoy your company." The boy smiled,

"Me too. Well, I should probably go back before everyone has a hissy fit because I've left. It was nice talking, Abraxas." Harry stood up, waved goodbye, and walked away.

"That boy is quiet interesting." Abraxas said in amusement.
