Perries pov*
I woke up still dressed in my uniform from yesterday with jades head buried in the crook of my neck and her arm wrapped protectively around my waist.

I looked at the clock and it read 7:00. We've literally slept from 4pm, that's 15 hours!
Guess Jade felt really ill.

Jades mum came into the room and seeing that I was awake, she greeted me
"Morning Perrie"
"Morning Norma" I replied
"It's 7 o'clock darling, you should probably get ready for school. Don't want your mum killing me for letting you stay off. " she said.
"Alright thanks Norma," I replied untangling myself from a sleepy Jade. As I got up she woke up from the loss of contact.
"Where you going Pez?" She asked rubbing her eyes and looking super adorable as she did so- I need to stop thinking of her like that, she's my best friend for goodness sake.

"I'm going to school Poopey" I assured her sitting back on the bed, allowing her to lean against me.

"If your going then I am too" she declared.

At this her mum interfered " Sweetie Perrie isn't sick, you are."

"I don't care, I wanna stay with Perrie today" she moaned wrapping her arms around my waist. "Pez can you stay off please" she begged.
'Oh gosh she was being so cute' I thought

I looked at Norma for help. "It's up to you but you'll need to clear it with your mum if you not going in."

"I'll tell her I feel sick and that'll hopefully do it." I said watching jades face light up in the prospect of being able to spend the full day with me.

"This had nothing to do with me" Jades mum muttered before finally closing the door and walking away.

"Baba you can stay!!" Jade shouts getting perhaps a bit excited as immediately after she dashed to the toilet to throw up.

I rushed in after her to find her being sick in the toilet. I didn't know what to do so I just tied her hair up in a messy bun and sat beside her rubbing her back whispering comforting words to her.

When she announced she was finished I lay my head against the bath and Jade sat in between my legs and lay against my front.

"Yeah you probably want to go to school now then?" Jade said sadly.

"What would make you think that?" I asked

"Considering I just threw up and I stink of vomit I don't think you'll want to spend all day here."

"I don't care what you look like, smell like or even what you are doing, I just wanna stay with you." I announced.

"Really?" Her eyes lit up.

"Really" I promised.
She hugged me and I hugged her back.

We stayed like this until Jades mum shouted up the stairs,
"Right girls I'm leaving for work be good!"
At this Jade jumped in my arms and I rubbed her back and settled her back down like an infant. Seeing as Norma didn't get a reply she came up the stairs and stopped when she saw us in the bathroom with our arms around each other. She seemed like she was going to say something but I think she caught a whiff of vomit as her face softened and she asked "again?"
"Yeah" I whispered stroking Jades head, who had her eyes closed.
"Should I take a day off?" Norma asked 
"No it's alright, I'll look after her." I assured her.
"Ok but I'm only a phone call away if anything happens " she said
"Thanks Norma" I said smiling at her daughter.
