"TESSA WOKE UP TO"
a still-sleeping, disheveled, half awake James. The first thing he did was pull her closer and Tessa did not object. Sleeping with nothing but a blanket to seperate them from the cold stone floor was surprisingly comfortable. Maybe it's just the company you keep, Tessa thought. Maybe it's because we had a blanket, anyway.
She wanted to say," I am going to avoid you for the whole day today, just as I have been avoiding Lily for 2 or so weeks. I am going to break your heart tomorrow and there's nothing you can bloody do about it. I understand this plan was stupid, I understand it's all my fault, I understand that I should never have interfered and meddled with you or Lily Evans. I don't know how I even feel about you, but i'm not trying to stick around and see."
Instead she mumbled a," Goodbye, Sleepyhead." and promptly left, speed walking as fast as she could, It probably looked terribly awkward, but Tessa didn't care. She didn't care about anything for the rest of the day.
