My voice can fail me,
Once in a while.
So instead I show my expressions,
Through a frown or a smile.
Words can hurt,
But looks can kill.
A sign of disgust,
I sign of thrill.
A smile can cover up,
The tears behind my eyes.
An awkward situation can cover up,
For the one I despise.
A laugh can cover up,
For all the bad things I've done.
The ones I really meant,
Or the ones I did for fun.
Expressions can mislead,
Come on, you can't deny,
An over expressive 'Hi',
When you actually meant goodbye.
Expressions can mislead, have you studied enough to decipher them?.........
